Professional Bachelor's Degree

PRESENTATION

Sport and its economy are societal issues. There are many players involved, from local authorities to sports associations, federations, event agencies, specialist sports retailers, digital applications and marketing services that use sponsorship as a communication lever. This industry is growing rapidly, driven by trends related to health, well-being and events. From 2019 to 2024, France hosted the largest number of global events involving professionals and volunteers. While its contours are complex (with an estimated economy of between $45 billion and $90 billion, depending on the calculation method), the fact remains that physical activity is becoming fundamental in many areas of society. You can become involved in the fight against sedentary lifestyles among young people and adults in the workplace, people with reduced mobility, inclusion, the economic impact of major events, the fight against violence, the development of well-being, and the development of tourism. Following on from the DEUST (University Technical Diploma) in Sports Services Action and Marketing or a two-year higher education diploma, the Professional Bachelor's Degree in "Management and Development of Sports Services Organizations" trains development agents for sports and/or leisure facilities and services who will be able to participate in this growth.
